In the middle of the Garrigue is a small stone-built village which brings you back to the past. Euzet les Bains is located in the valley of Uzès in Languedoc Roussillon. It is a thermal spa that had its glory in the 19th century and is in the centre of the "truffle" country. The village is on the border of the Provence and continues the bull fighting traditions of the Camargue.
Karin will cook for you the specialities of the region, such as "gigot de 7 heures", "épaule d´agneau farcie", "gardiane", "tian de légumes", "pâtisson poëllé" and "estouffade".
The dining room with its cross stone vaults has a charm on its own. Candles on the furniture and the delicately decorated tables add to the cordial atmosphere of house.
A splendid stone staircase reaches the second floor of the "bastide" leading to three bedrooms invitingly decorated with warm colours.
And to rest, after a long day, you can enjoy in your room a hydro-massageshower. |
