 Guest rooms in an independent house, in Arès, 50 meters from the sand beach, on the Bay of Arcachon and close to preserved nature sites for most enjoyable walks or bike rides.
40 km from Bordeaux, 30 km from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport with 60% of express way, the village of Arès is an ideal site for short or long visits of Bordeaux, Gironde and Landes areas.

The guest house is situated 11 rue du Garguéhos. It is an independent house, your hosts living in another house (9 rue du Garguéhos) on the same plot.
It's a surelevated ancient house (A.D. 1877), regularly remodeled up to its present state with new isolation, decoration, beddings and bath rooms, facing South-East/North-West. The guests have free access to the garden, the slightly salted swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 m, 1.20 to 2.10 m depth), the large dining room and the veranda.
A paved deck runs along the North-West side, overlooking the garden and pool.
Breakfasts and drinks can be served, depending upon the weather, by the pool, in the garden, on the deck or in the dining room. |

The Rooms
A Suite, with the large bedroom "Parme" (bed 140x190cm) and the annex "Soleil" (2 beds 90x190cm) with separated shower room and toilets, over looking the garden and the pool. Each room can be accessed independently.
Three sunny bedrooms with their own shower room and toilets, on the quiet street side (a dead-end street), the "Bleu Antique" bedroom (bed 140x190cm), the "Dubaï" bedroom (twin beds, 2 x 90x190cm) and the "Absynthe" bedroom (bed 140x190cm) this one having direct access to the dining room.
Extra beds can be added to the reservation, they are situated in two small bedrooms next to the main rooms, (1-person/room, bed 90x190cm)

It is possible to reserve the whole house, for a maximum of 2 successive nights.
The villa Les Roses d'Arès is indeed an ideal site for the organisation of family or friends reunions, with the possibility of lodging up to 12 persons and of organizing receptions, particularly in the garden and around the pool.
