Description
A wooden chalet, built in a quiet and favoured environment in the forest and mountains, 1 km from the village. Equipped with every comfort and everything needed by a family.It can accommodate a family and two children or four people and one baby in its separate bedroom for two people and a possible cot, and a mountain cabin with two single beds. The main heating is by electricity controlled via a thermostat. Heating charges are partly covered by the electricity quota included. The extensive forested grounds are divided into two parts, the first part belonging to the owner's chalet, the second fully enclosed part belonging to Le Petit Canada chalet. The two parts are entirely separate. There are no other houses nearby, just the forest. Access to the chalet during the day (except winter) is without going via the owner's property: by parking your vehicle on the verge by the public road in accordance with the direction of traffic, via a wooden gate then a 20 metre path that winds through the trees. HAUT JURA REGIONAL PARK 15 MINUTES FROM LA PESSE (39) LE PETIT CANADA CHALET, summer: walks, bike riding, horse riding, 5 mins. away supervised swimming, close by: ridges, peaks, waterfalls, lakes. Winter: cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, ice-skating on the frozen lake, dog sledding.Non smoking
