Description
This original farm (anno 1850) was an agrarian concern, like nearly every property in the village of Erloy, with primarily cattle. Later the building served as a part of a cheese factory. In the interim, the new owners have renovated and hire a part of the house out as a holiday home. You can really enjoy your holiday here. Various terraces and an outdoor kitchen offer you the option of optimal enjoyment of the fresh air and well maintained garden. The hilly and forested surroundings offer numerous options to walk and cycle, after which you can cool down in your private swimming pool (A high coniferous hedge assures your privacy).150 m away there is a river where you can canoe. A winding river, which does overflow its banks in the winter, which means you are rather looking out on a large lake.Larger areas (La Capelle, Guise and Vervins ) are 15 km away. The flea markets held every Sunday from April through October are very attractive.
