Looking for a nice base for optimal enjoyment of the riches the French Riviera has to offer? From the terrace at this lovely house and the accompanying view, you can choose the tourist attractions for the next day while enjoying a lovely glass of wine. Art, culture, activity, shopping, culinary delights or just a day at the beach! The choice is yours.The villa was built in 2010 in typical provençal style with many earth tones, keeping up the harmony of the environment and the location of the property. The garden and terrace are lovely, as is the interior of the residence, furnished with luxury and style. There is a balcony along the entire breadth of the home, with a panoramic view of the bay of Cannes. The villa is located on a park with a communal swimming pool (with kids pool), were you can take a refreshing dip during the day. The bedrooms of the house have sliding doors to the terrace and the enclosed courtyard on the ground floor. Due to the location on the ground floor and back of the building built into the hills, the bedrooms are cool in the summer and you can really relax after a fantastic day! And dream of the next! Cruise the "Croisette", visit the Matisse Museum in Nice, take a walk through the Île Sainte-Marguerite or play some golf on one of the numerous golf courses on the Côte d'Azur.Bonnes vacances !Between 20:00 and 8:00 the swimming pool is not accessible.
