Description
Chapelèche is located in the middle of the Natural reserve of the Mounts of Ardeche, at an altitude of 700 m, on a Southern slope.
Chapelèche dominates a wild valley where calms and peace are assured.
The Mount Gerbier de Joncs is to 3/4 of hour from here, the valley of Ardeche or Valence at one hour.
Foot-note Bucket: if you rent the house for one 15 days period, you profit from a reduction of 10% over the second week.

The house we rent (all year) is scheduled for 5-7 people, including children. Beyond 7 people, and in exceptional circumstances, provide a cost of 15 Euros per day per extra person.
It has central heating and comprises:
* ground floor:
-a kitchen of 10 m² equipped with: dishes, utensils, basic, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric oven.
-a spacious lounge / dining room with fireplace (possibility of grilling) and library area furnished with a sofa bed 2 seater, two chairs and a buffet. TV and games.
-room shower / toilet with toilet, 2 sinks, shower and washing machine.

* on the floor:
a chamber opening to the West with a bed 2 places and a wardrobe (vitrified flooring on the ground). 1 bed room for baby / child.
one-bedroom opening to south with a 2 places bed and a wardrobe (carpeted).
one-bedroom / office opened widely in the Southwest with 1 single bed and a desk (ground floor glazed).
* Outside, a shaded terrace facing south (at a level below the ground floor) with garden furniture

The rental price varies from 350 euros to 600 euros depending on period.
These rates include, in addition to the provision of housing, provision of two blankets per bed, water, electricity, gas, wood for the fireplace.
They do not include the provision of linen bedding, pillowcases, linens in general (rags, towels ...).
Outside of summer, we will ask you 10 Euros per day for central heating with wood.
