Situated on the heart of the Ardèche, within 16km from the charming town Vallon Pont d'Arc and the beautiful grottos of 'gorges' of the Ardèche, within 5 km from the typical ardéch town Pastroux. In the middle of the countryside, a beautiful detached house (80m2) of character stone (a completely renovated sheep farm) on a 1200m2 private ground, enclosed with a big terrace which can be locked with an electric rolling shutter. Beautiful private swimming pool (open from 15/5 to 1/10). Spacious, light and comfortable interior. Furnished in a Provencal style.
