Gruissan, a very pretty Mediterranean seaside resort, gets its charm and beauty from the variety of its countryside. On the edge of the village, in a peaceful setting, a new holiday residence that enjoys a magnificent view of the Clape massif. It is composed of luxury apartments, arranged around a shared swimming pool.The residence is in an ideal location, close to a magnificent, fine sandy beach (2 km) and the Gruissan casino, and 5 minutes on foot from the town centre and the new port.A number of activities are available in the surrounding area: sailing, carting, walking, windsurfing, mountain bike riding, paths through the trees and sea fishing. The location of the residence will enable you to explore the many beautiful attractions in the region: the old village of Gruissan, Cathares chateaux and Corbières vineyards.In the south of France, 5 minutes from the Mediterranean, a charming, luxury apartment (32 m2). It enjoys the magnificent facilities of the holiday residence in which it is located: shared swimming pool, bar, organised activities, etc. In a peaceful setting, boasting all comforts, this apartment is ideal for a couple with a child/children. It is situated close to several places of interest: the town, the new port and the shops.A really pleasant spot between sea and town!
