A typical house that is part of a group of four adjoining houses situated on a quiet estate with a shared swimming pool (10 x 5 metres, heated, open from 15/06 to 15/09) and solarium. The estate is 800 metres from a small port and you will find beautiful sandy beaches just 2 km away. An extremely beautiful spot for a holiday with many sporting and cultural possibilities: sailing, fishing, cycling, Bayeux and Caen (50 km), the Normandy landings beaches, Mont St Michel, Cherbourg, Cotentin and the Channel Islands. Not to mention the fine Normandy food!

On 1st floor: 1 bedroom (double bed, sink, Toilet), 1 bedroom (single bed, double bed, sink, Toilet), 1 bathroom (shower unit in the bath, sink, Toilet). General: heating (central), terrace (fenced), garden (fenced), garden furniture, BBQ, swimmingpool (shared, heated, 10 x 5 m., opened from Jul upto and including Aug), table tennis.
