It is composed of 3 cottages offering an extremely good level of services. The owners, who also live on the site, offer themed holidays and à la carte services such as catering, cleaning, horse riding, cruises, fishing, cultural visits, etc.Lozai cottages can accommodate from 2 to 22 people and are a perfect starting point for visiting a number of tourist and historical sites, as well as for exploring the region’s magnificent gastronomic and cultural heritage.Sport lovers are also catered for because the cottages are situated in the heart of Lozai wood (classified as an area of natural special interest for its ecology, flora and fauna) where there are several kilometres of footpaths and bridle tracks.This wood is just right for county walks where quiet and nature are part of the everyday experience.Also on-site, the joys of a swimming pool, and 2 km away Lac du Bois Fleuri leisure complex (fishing, jogging, etc.)!This contemporary holiday house, joined to a typical Charente dwelling is composed as follows: The ground floor opens onto an outside terrace and onto the garden. The furnishings are composed of period furniture. Upstairs there are 3 Charente attic bedrooms, which promote restful sleep.The very large garden is just right for your children to enjoy themselves. The owners have in addition installed a variety of play apparatus (swing, seesaw, etc.). A secure, covered and heated swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas around it is shared with the owners.You are in the centre of a magnificent region and close to the big tourist sites (Rochefort, La Rochelle, Oléro Island, Ré Island, etc.). The immediate surroundings of the holiday house will be of special interest to nature lovers. Lozai wood is in effect, classified as an area of natural special interest for its ecology, flora and fauna. |
