Holiday park Lozari lies 8 km. from the picturesque mountain villages Belgodère and Palasca, at 30 km. north-east of the city Calvi. The park lies directly at sea and at a stretched out sandy beach, in the middle of a pine tree forest of approx. 25 ha. at the west side of the island. It contains of 307 accommodations. The west side of the island is a little less touristy then the east side. Corsica is the 3rd largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and counts only 250.000 inhabitants. The landscape is mountainous with as highest top the Monte Cinte with an altitude of 2710 m. Besides the many facilities which the park and the near vicinity has to offer, you can take lovely trips over the entire island. Like a visit to the nature reserve Scandola (which is on the UNESCO heritage list), the Genoa towers, the archaeological park Filitosa and the many cities with fortresses. You can also walk on (a part of) the world famous hiking path the GR 20. A visit to the capital Ajaccio is certainly recommendable. Corsica has a lovely Mediterranean Sea climate, dry warm summers with an average temperature of 29 degrees in the summer months! The accommodations: All terraced bungalows (FR-20226-01 for 5-pers. and the FR-20226-02 for 6-pers.) are spread throughout the park, in the middle of a pine tree forest and consists of the ground floor, or the ground floor and a top floor. They are of a good standard and comfortable furnished and all have a terrace with garden furniture. Some of the bungalows have a communal terrace.
