Description
A pleasant house bordering on the nature park - Le Morvan and the Côte dOr. The house is located on its own 1 ha land. There is a beautiful lake of approximately 2000 m on the grounds, with lively flora and fauna. You can organise nice barbecues on the large veranda (50 m) that overlooks the lake and optimally saviour the views and the tranquillity. At a 20 minutes' drive away you will find the recreational lake Lac les Settons, with lots of water sports amenities, beaches and restaurants. Also ideal for walkers and (cross-country) cyclists, but also for anglers, quad trips and tree climbing.The Routes des (Grands) Vins de Bourgogne run through the Côte d'Or and will lead you to lovely vineyards, castles, idyllic villages and wine cellars where you can sample the best wines and divine food. At less than 13 km you will find Saulieu, with its pleasant Saturday market and which houses many restaurants like the three-stars Bernard lOiseau for example.
