In the heart of the small town of Bourg de Pleherel-Plage (speed limited to 30 km/hour), this apartment is 250 meters from some of the most Beautiful Beaches in Brittany and 2 km from Fréhel. Facing due south, you have permanent sunshine… There is a private heated swimming pool available for your use, not forgetting a spa for 4 people. From the window opening onto the living room balcony, you can watch your children in the pool… The apartment is spacious and comfortable and is above a small Bakery belonging to the Owner (there is no breadmaking on-site, and therefore no disturbance) where you can go and buy your croissants each morning. Seen from the Garden, it is a house that is very largely un-overlooked.
