The house has 3 levels (the 3rd floor gives entrance to two mezzanines, which overlooks the main area), 2 gardens, 1 not furnished annex, which is close to the BBQ, with table for 12 persons. Between the two buildings, perfectly isolated, yet close to the house, a private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) with meadows and reclining chairs. Well-equipped and beautifully furnished house with stylish furniture. Ideal location to visit the lovely village of the Périgord Noir (in a radius of 50 km: Sarlat, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Domme, Les Eyzies, Périgueux...), caves of Lascaux 30 min. Many sports activities (canoe on the Dordogne, hikes, mountain climbing...), and not forgetting the wonderful kitchen in this region.Firewood at a cost: Eur 40/m3
