The house is a farm dating from 1898 in the Perigord Vert in rural French style. The domain is 3 ha on the border of the village of St Jory de Chalais with wide views on farmlands and a forest.The house is located on the edge of the village with a bakery, butchers, grocery, post office, council house and pub within walking distance.There are various golf courses in the region too. The domain around the house has magnificent views on a valley and within walking distance you will find a nature/walking park, boules, a river, forest and farmlands, where the sun sets every day. It is a quiet area.
