Department
The house is situated 1 km from the village of Cardet, between Nîmes and Alès. The owners (who both work and are therefore not there very often) occupy one part and rent out the part described below at an excellent quality/price ratio considering that tenants are able to make use of the swimming pool (which is also used by the owners). The village of Cardet has several shops and tennis courts. The large town of Lédignan is 5 km away. There are riding and golf clubs within a 5 km radius. Nîmes is 30 km away, the coast and beaches 60 km.
