Ideally located between Les Alpilles, Pont du Gard, Duché d'Uzes and Mont Ventoux, 10 minutes from the Papal city of Avignon, European capital of culture, with its festival in July, on the wooded heights of Hauts de Villeneuve lez Avignon, at the end of a residential district, a small semi-detached house of relatively recent construction, surrounded by other houses that serve as main dwellings, with a private 3.5 m x 2.5 semi-sunken swimming pool and a wooden terrace in a 200 m private and enclosed courtyard. The interior is coloured, comfortable and extremely pleasant. Direct access to Villeneuve town centre, Les Angles and Avignon in about 10 minutes.
