Description

La Bergerie is located in a hilly landscape and surrounded by vineyards. It is a typical and partly latticed house. The detached farmhouse has a swimming pool (open from July to August incl.), a cosy roofed entrance (with a table and chairs) and a large garden where you can enjoy the landscape and the tranquillity. The house also has a painter's studio where you can read, write, listen to music, etc. The total surface of the farm is 180 m2 and everything is on the ground floor. The house is situated at an edge so is not suited for children.The house is at a two hours' drive from: Toulouse, Bordeaux, the Atlantic Ocean, Lourdes and the Pyrenees.The house is situated on the pilgrim's route to Santiago de Compostella and only a few kilometres away from the Gallo-Roman villa in Seviac. Also in the proximity: 'Bastides', abbeys, lakes, cathedrals, etc. The golf course is less than 10 km away.
