Traditional house (90m2) with barn and enclosed garden,built in 1930, in the centre of small, pretty, quiet village in agricultural area on banks of the River Saone. The locality has many prettty villages and forest, and walks or bicycle rides beside the river, which is ideal for fishing. There is a chateau only 3 km away. Local shops are within easy cycling distance. The Bakers van comes 6 days per week. Bigger shops are only half hour away in the attractive towns of Gray, Vesoul and, Dampierre sur-Salon. Touring opportunities include Dijon, Besançon, Dole, Langres, Belfort, Basel, the Vosges, the Jura, and the Burgundy wine growing region.Local activities: Fishing, swimming (open air pool only 6 km away) walking, cycling.Non smoking
