 The Chalet-Residence is located in the centre of the village of Praz sur Arly, in ôMont Blanc Countryö. Situated only 200 m from the chair lifts and the wide open spaces, the residence is composed of several, comfortably equipped, lodges.Nestling in the heart of a village where the Haut-Savoyard identity and the peaks of Mont Blanc dominate, the residence is an ideal base for a wonderful holiday in the mountains!The small village of Praz sur Arly is situated in the heart of the Alps, not far from Mont Blanc. It’s a small, traditional village in a magnificent region, enjoying an excellent climate and snowfall. Praz sur Arly is linked to the Crêt du Midi by the slopes of Flumet and Notre Dame de Bellecombe (the Val d'Arly skiing area varies between 1036 and 2030 m in altitude and has 150 km of runs). In the region you can take part in a variety of activities, such as: numerous walks on snowshoes or on foot along the marked tracks, para-gliding, flights in a hot-air balloon or trips by dog-sled, white water sports in the main mountain torrents of the region, ôbicycle tourismö and of course, skiing to your hearts content...Events in the surrounding area that should not be missed: in January each year, Praz sur Arly is the capital of the ôInternational Hot-air balloon Festivalö and welcomes more than 3,000 balloon enthusiasts for an amazing show above the peaks of Mont Blanc.And only 3 km away, Megève, the focal point of the region, offering all sorts of possibilities: from sports centres to amusements, not forgetting its heritage and reputation for fine food. You’ve no chance of being bored!This 33-37 m² studio apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people. The sleeping arrangements are composed of a sofa-bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a cabin with a bunkbed. This dwelling offers, among other things, a small, equipped kitchen and a balcony.
