A very comfortable house, on the side of a hill (lovely view over the valley), with its private driveway, trees park and lower situated swimming pool. The 'Domaine de la Pinière' is the ideal place to go on discovery to the famous art treasures of the Touraine such as the castles (Chenonceau, Amboise, Bridoré, ...) within 30 min, with the mediaeval village Loches (8km), the town Montrésor (stands on the list of ‘the most beautiful towns of France’). There is much to do in the surrounding (lake of Chemillé: sailing, canoeing-kayaking, swimming, tennis), etc.
