The apartment complex is in the higher part of Evian. This means that many of the apartments enjoy delightful views of the lake. The complex consists of 19 chalets with 3 apartments each. These are for 6 persons. They are FR-74500-09 and FR-74500-10 with lake view. There are also 3 floors with 5 person apartments. These are FR-74500-07 and FR-74500-08 with lake view. The complex has a lift. The interiors are well kept. Wood has been used extensively in the décor.The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.
