 In the right part of our old water mill of the 17th century, we have a large charming lodging for 12 people (*** /3 holidays keys), included 5 bedrooms, each one with shower-room and WC.
At the ground floor, 1 room with 1 doubles bed and 1 room with 1 doubles bed and 1 single bed (privative terrace along the river). The ground floor is accessible to the people with reduced mobility.

On the floor, 1 room with 1 double bed, 1 room with 2 singles beds and 1 room with 1 doubles bed and 1 single bed (small balcony giving on the river).
Possibility of adding a chair and a bed for child.

In the heart of the circuit of the castles and fortified towns in Guyenne, surrounded by timbered hills, in the center of a closed ground of 5 hectares, in edge of Lède (classified ßt category), we are in the medium of a splendid classified valley, at the foot of the village of Saint Avit which celebrates the festival of the pottery at each 2nd Sunday of August (+ / - 5.000 visitors).
You will have pleasure to walk by foot, horse or mountain bike on the very many marked out ways, G.R. & P.R. (100 km).
The various activities in the vicinity and according to the season are hunting, fishing, rock climbing, climbing, archery, canyoning, horsemanship, tennis, mountain bike, quad, excursions, etc...
