 The house of a surface of approximately 160 m² rises on 3 levels: With rez-of garden: you have a technical room with a sink, a washing machine and dry a linen and arrangement shoes boots, waxed bicycles... with an opening of each side of the garden and an interior staircase which gives access to the kitchen.
On the 1st level the house is accessible by an entry side street. This level is composed of a kitchen with also an external access on the terrace and the garden. A living room-dining room, a corridor serving a WC, a bathroom (shower and bath-tub) and 3 rooms : 1 with twin beds, 1 with bunk beds and 1 with a bed of 140 with a direct access on the terrace.
On the floor: the staircase on the basis of the kitchen serves a bathroom, 1 WC and 2 rooms: one with 2 twin beds and the other with a bed of 140.
Bed linen: All the mattresses and pillows are covered with houses (changed at each hiring) and the beds are provided with feather beds (110 x200 for the simple beds and 200x200 for the beds of 140). For the babies a bed folding with mattress is available.

In each bathroom and WC the upkeeping products are at your disposal.
In order to enjoy your stay in our house the price of the week inclued the housekeeping after your departure.
You will also find a collection of walks and regional tourist activities. The house is equipped with an electric heating system.
Individual radiator in each part. For independent hot the water supply and bathrooms blowing radiators.
Water and electricity will be charge at 4,60€/m3 water and 0,19€/kw electricity : Individual meter will be chech together at your arrival and departure. |

(40 km west of Carentan, at mid way between Barneville-Carteret and Agon-Coutainville) Our house is situated on the place of the village in 150m of the sea. Historically one of 1st house built to Saint Germain sur Ay Plage. Traditionnal Fisherman's house of the 19th century enlarges in the 1920s.
