Rural and quiet holiday home with complete facilities such as under floor heating, a washing machine and a bathtub to make your holiday a great success. The house is located on the edge of a forested area and offers numerous options for lovely walks and cycling excursions. Fishing is possible about 2 km away, and for the sports lovers, you can use the tennis court 4 km away for free.The house is located just outside the village of Congrier (about 1000 inhabitants). In this village you will find the base necessities, such as a baker and restaurant. A but further east you will find Renazé. Here there are larger shops, a bank and a tourist office.For a cool off after a strenuous walk or just a warm summer day, you will love Saint Aubin. In the summer months there is a large swimming lake with a lifeguard. The deep and shallow areas are also separated by floats.
