Description
An old fully renovated teachers house, in the centre of a cosy and lively village within 5 km from the Belgium border and 7km from the lake of Val Joly (water sport centre). The building has on the 1st floor, two very comfortable apartments: 'Les Pierres Bleues' (100 m2) en 'La Trelonaise' (102 m2). The house is located in the nature area 'Avesnois' (hiking path begins close by). To do in the neighbourhood: the centre Bol Vert in Trélon (jacuzzi, pony's, covered swimming pool, archery, etc within 1 km), the ecomuseum of Fourmies (5 km), Val Joly (fishing, sailing, water cycling, swimming pool, etc. within 8 km), the 'blue stone and glass'-museum in Trélon (1 km).
