Apartment (81 m2), situated on the 4th floor of a residence in the centre of Saint Martin de Belleville, at the edge of the slopes: this means popping your skis off and on right at your doorstep! A wellness space in the basement with sauna, shower and relax-room is available for guests of the residence. The ski-area of the Menuires-Saint Martin (160 km of slopes), belongs to the ski-area of Les 3 Vallées, the biggest area in the world, with 600 km of slopes and great sun-rates. Ideal for skiers of all ages and levels. In winter, one can try all kinds of activities such as snow-shoe trekking, hiking, dogsleigh rides, cross-country skiing. Summer activities: mountainbiking, trekking, climbing, fishing, children's workshops, parasailing/ULM, watersports, basketball, adventure circuits, tennis, summer sleighing, a visit to an alp-meadow chalet...The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures.
