Beautiful residential farm on the border of the Gers and the Haute Garonne. The picturesque village of Comberouger is 2 km away.The residence is located on an enclosed plot on a quiet agricultural road and has 2 hectares. A large section consists of forest with old characteristic oaks and approx. 7000m2 of lawn with flower borders and fruit trees.The farm was built in 1821 and is fully renovated. You can enjoy the beautiful nature here and all of the beauty the French countryside has to offer!On the patio you can enjoy the cool evenings while grilling a nice piece of meat on the BBQ.The village of Comberouger was founded in 1282 by monks and is a small fortification. In short, a beautiful farm to really enjoy your holiday!Non smoking
