 The flat is situated in a residence at the seaside, called "Bay of Pramousquier". This bay is at 9 km from Le Lavandou, 11 km from Cavalaire and 28 from St Tropez.
This residence is composed of several buildings of two floors, surrounded with gardens, swimming-pool and tennis.
The beach is directly accessible and one part is reserved for the residents, with beach equipment.
The flat, of 36 m2, is on the ground floor with a private garden of 30 m2 (with the sea view) and a terrasse aquiped.
The interior is composed of - a large room with the kitchen, the dining-room & the sofa-bed - a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds - & a bathroom with a bath & W.C.
Opposite of the residence, there is a cycling & pedestrian pist to go to Cavalière, Le Lavandou & Toulon. Many coastals foothpaths are close to the résidence. |
