At 4 km from the village of Cotignac (VAR-department), nestled in an estate embracing 4 hectares, this charming independent house (220 m2) surrounded by oak, pine and olive trees. This former sheep-pen of the 18th century, was restored in 2000, adding contemporary refinement and comfort to its authentic core. Its swimming-pool and summer kitchen will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation, in an exceptional natural setting.Numerous activites are at hand in this area: the Lake of Sainte Croix and its famous Gorges du Verdon offers canooing, water-biking, surfing... You can also take advantage of the relative proximity of the Côte d'Azur (Saint Tropez and its Mediterranean beaches, 65 km). And don't forget the different excursions you can make in the surroundings of Cotignac : waterfalls of Sillan (6 km), Salerne (15 km): famous for its terra cotta tiles, typical for the provençal houses.
