Villa Sanary was designed by Sauzet-Gouzy consulting architects on the principle of a "Natural Architecture" that combines perception of the exterior world and an ideal arrangement of the living space inside the building.Thus, the inside functions in osmosis with the outside. The walls give way to wide windows opening onto the garden, thus making the most of the magnificent sea view. Recesses in the roof allow the outside world to penetrate into the heart of the house.The living spaces are deployed in a fan shape: 4 bedrooms with a sea view (3 on the ground floor, one upstairs with a Tropezian terrace), a living room and kitchen where about twenty metres of window opening onto a terrace ensure a panoramic view of the bay and the port of Bandol. The traffic areas are arranged in a succession of "places" where the functional is expressed in the form of aesthetical shapes: round walls, broken angles, sloping ceilings and different materials.Through the quality of the building materials (Monomur brick walls, exposed metal framework, beech doors and cupboards) and the design of its furniture, the interior combines comfort and refined aestheticism.With a sandy beach nearby, a 2300 m2 garden and a private swimming pool, you will find Villa Sanary to be an attractive and remarkable place.
